My latest project is Spider-Man: The Clone Saga. It's a six-issue mini-series that retells the controversial Clone Saga storyline from 1994-97... the way the writers intended it!
it's written by Tom Defalco and Howard Mackie. Issue #1 will be in stores Sept 30th.

I whipped up this marker piece of Scarlet Spider for fun and start to get a feel for the character.
I'm working on issue #1 right now and I'm having a blast!

Great piece, Todd. As a huge fan of the Clone Saga (despite them ruining the ending by saying it was Norman Osborn's doing and bringing him back... blech!), it's great to see Ben Reilly again, even if it's not in continuity.

Can't wait till September :D

I've always been very impressed with your marker sketches. I've notice that you've encorporated adding white highlights to some of your sketches-and I was wondering what ink and/or paint you're using to do that. I've tried white-out pens and have been pretty disappointed with them myself.

Nice work, Todd! I was never a big fan of the Clone Saga, but this looks awesome- the only time Spidey can pull off a 90s-style hoodie, and NOT look like a tool =D

Great sketch,I was always a fan of the Scarlet Spider ever since I first laid eyes on him. And thanks for the tip about the new Spidey clone saga coming out,I look forward to it greatly.
